The new Danieli Centro Maskin straightener ordered by Jiangsu Lihuai Iron & Steel will process 20 to 80 mm-dia high-strength steel bars for automotive applications with straightness of < 1 mm/m.
This modern machine, which features automatic setup of process parameters, allows high-speed bar processing up to 100 m/min.
An integrated safety system prevents damages in case of uneven shape of the hot rolled bars, increasing components lifetime, thus minimizing maintenance costs.
Two-roll straightening is best technological solution for processing bars for high-end applications.
