The renamed company will operate in the sales, know how as well as engineering and project management business, providing a unique combination of know-how from plant suppliers, plant operators and technologists.
It will strengthen the worlwide Danieli Wean United Flat Products team. Furthermore it will be the Key Account Management hub for German-speaking markets and the Holding Company for the German Subsidiaries Josef Fröhling GmbH & Co. KG (Danieli Fröhling) and W+K Industrie Technik GmbH & Co. KG (Danieli W+K).”
